A similar discussion earlier hasn't been able to resolve the issue. I request all interested editors to participate in the RfC, to take a decision by consensus. Specially, I request ] and ] to take part as on quite a few occasions the former has made edits suggesting ISL to be the sole top tier league in India while the latter has reverted.
