"De Una Vez" is a song by American singer Selena Gomez. It was released on January 14, 2021, by Interscope Records.

Background and release

In December 2020, Gomez stated that she has "a whole little vessel of good things coming", and Billboard stated that this "could include a Spanish-language project". Following the spotting of various promotional murals located in Mexico that stated the song titles "De Una Vez" and "Baila Conmigo", fans and the media began to speculate that Gomez would be releasing Spanish music. On January 14, 2021, Gomez announced via social media the release of "De Una Vez". Later that day, she "quoted" a Tweet dating from January 2011 that referenced a Spanish-language album that was never released, stating: "I think it will be worth the wait". "De Una Vez" acts as Gomez's second Spanish single, following "Un Año Sin Lluvia", the Spanish version of "A Year Without Rain", in 2010.

Music video

The official music video for "De Una Vez" premiered on January 14, 2021, alongside the release of the song. The video was directed by Los Pérez.
