Kazimeiras Garšva (born November 11, 1950 in Linkuva, near Pakruojis) is a Lithuanian linguist, the leader of a controversial "Vilnija" organisation, considered by Poles to be nationalistic.

In 1968-1973 he studied philology and Lithuanian literature in Vilnius University, 1973-1976 at Moscow University. In 1977 he received a Ph.D for doctoral thesis "Priegaidės fonologinėje sistemoje (remiantis lietuvių kalbos medžiaga)". From 1993 he hold the title of "habilitated doctor" of humanities.

From 1973, Garšva works at the Institute of the Lithuanian language. He is an author of more than 100 scientific publications and 5 books. Garšva is a coauthor of Grammar of contemporary Lithuanian language, published three times.
