Bail Antilles is a fictional character in the Star Wars universe. The character was slated to appear in Episode I: The Phantom Menace, though his scenes were ultimately cut from the final edit. However, in the film, Captain Panaka mentions Bail Antilles - along with Ainlee Teem of Malastare - is in the running to replace Finis Valorum as Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic.

Outside of that one reference, little is known about Bail Antilles. The Senator of Alderaan prior to - and likely during - the events of Episode I, Antilles was also a Prince on his homeworld. In addition, he served on the Internal Activities Committee of the Galactic Senate, and informed Chancellor Valorum of charges of corruption filed against him after a failed trade summit on Eriadu.

Bail Antilles was played by Adrian Dunbar in the scenes excised from Episode I. The character is sometimes mistaken for Bail Organa - adoptive father of Princess Leia, played by Jimmy Smits in Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith - and indeed his likeness was used for pre-Episode II incarnations of Organa.
