Hey Derek, you'll probably find ] I just did at the Glasgow article interesting. ] was previously the earliest one available (before ]), so it previously seemed like you created the page. Now the history shows that it was created by an American (from the IP address), tweaked by a Canadian (from the user page), and then you fixed it up with more local knowledge/wording (see the above diff) ... unless there are *still* edits missing, which I highly doubt! I especially notice the "River Clyde" change; that's very much UK/Ireland terminology, as you're probably well aware. You've doubtless noticed that even in Australia we'd say "Clyde River", like North American English. :Cheers, Graham. Good work! PaulDrye? There's a name I haven't seen for a while. ;) He arrived about a month before me and started (or contributed to) quite a few Scottish articles. As for Clyde River, there's actually one in Nova Scotia too, about an hour and a half from where I now live. And I'm quite happy about that. I tend to use the local terminology, whatever it might be. Although I still find it hard to pronounce Berwick, NS as Berr-wick rather than Berrick. Oh well! -- ] | ] 00:47, 16 April 2023 (UTC)

Administrative permissions and inactivity reminder

Information iconThis is a reminder that established policy provides for removal of the administrative permissions of users who have made fewer than 100 edits over a 60-month period. You are receiving this annual reminder since you have averaged less than 50 edits per year over the last 5 years.

Inactive administrators are encouraged to reengage with the project in earnest rather than to make token edits to avoid loss of administrative permissions. Resources and support for reengaging with the project are available at Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Editor Retention/administrators. If you do not intend to be engaged with the project in the foreseeable future, please consider voluntarily resigning your administrative permissions by making a request at the bureaucrats' noticeboard.

Thank you for your past contributions to the project. — JJMC89 bot 00:16, 1 January 2023 (UTC)

Can you help me to replace a "redirect"

Derek Ross
cc @Olga Ernst:
Simplon Hospice is redirecting readers to the article Simplon Pass. I developped a new Misplaced Pages article about Simplon Hospice here >> User:Hp.Baumeler/playground Simplon Hospice. Can you delete the redirection Simplon Hospice so I may create the new article Simplon Hospice under my name? Thank you for helping. Regards, Hp.

Glasgow page history, again

Hey Derek, you'll probably find this edit import I just did at the Glasgow article interesting. This edit of yours was previously the earliest one available (before my last history retrieval there), so it previously seemed like you created the page. Graham87 14:59, 15 April 2023 (UTC)
