Please stop changing the medal table in some of Singaporean athletes. Ex: you changed 2021 Vietnam to 2021 Hanoi. Thats not about big states or small countries. But, can you please check the logo of 2017 SEA Games (see: 2017 SEA Games logo) and 2023 SEA Games (see: 2023 SEA Games logo) You can see that in the 2023 logo, they did not use city, but in the 2017 they use city. So, we should follow the logo for medal table parameter.
And don't follow the wrong thing, try to find the right thing to apply in Misplaced Pages. See the differences between my edits and yours in Amada Lim article ( https://en.wikipedia.org/search/?title=Amanda_Lim&diff=prev&oldid=1154483294 ):
- Yours --> {{Medal|Gold|]|Women's 4x100M Freestyle Relay}}, comment: the link should be "Swimming at the 2023 Southeast Asian Games" not just 2023 Southeast Asian Games. "2023 Phnom Penh" should be 2023 Cambodia. "Women's 4x100M Freestyle Relay" should be 4x100 m freestyle (The use of upper and lower case letters is also regulated in Misplaced Pages, so it's not just perfunctory).
- Order: Silver medal in 2023 should be on the bottom in the silver medal in 2021.
