Mark Halsey (born July 8 1961) is an English football referee in the FA Premier League. He was formerly based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, latterly in Bolton, Lancashire.
Halsey started refereeing in 1989 and became a FA Premier League referee after only 10 years in 1999. 1 year later (2000) Mark became a FIFA referee.

- 2002 FA Cup Final: 4th Official Arsenal v Chelsea
- 2002 FIFA World Disabled Championships – Japan: Referee
- 2000 Toulon Under-21 tournament
- 2001 World Student games in Beijing
- 2004 Belgium v France - first full international
