A helping hand in a confusing world |
Six years ago and some, you welcomed me to Misplaced Pages. You let me know that an article that I'd created, The Stanley Dynamic, wasn't up to Misplaced Pages standards. Later, you responded to a {{help me}} by moving my article to the draftspace and then another by placing one of the draft templates onto the page.
Six years later with a slightly better understanding of Misplaced Pages policy, reliable sources, and wiki formatting, I'm realizing how asinine some of my requests for help were, and how graciously you treated me. If it weren't for your welcome, patience, and guidance, I might have given up on Wikipediting altogether long before understanding how great this place can be. Thank you!
