Arvanites (Arbëresh in Albanian) are people who came from Albania and settled various Greek lands during the Middle Ages. Their language is Arvanitika. They are greatly influenced by the Greek culture. You can find music CDs featuring Arvanitika songs (many times they are translated to Greek).
