Robert "Bert" McCracken (born February 25, 1982 in Orem, Utah) is the lead singer of the punk/emo band, The Used. Bert attended High School with bandmember Quinn Allman, before dropping out. Before joining The Used, he played the trumpet in a local band in his hometown. Wanting to seek new musicial options, he auditioned for a band in his hometown who needed a singer. After his audition, Quinn, Jeph and Branden were so blown away, that they asked him to join.
