Rest in peace

We gather from the Facebook page of Gangadhar Bhadani that he is no more. A very keen editor from India, he was known to many other editors from the region both in real life and on Misplaced Pages. On his Facebook page he had reported being unwell but little did most of us know of the gravity. He published an autobiography recently. Wishing strength to the bereaved friends and family. I would always remember the moments we spent together, I would always remember the time when we had long talks about our family, life outside of Misplaced Pages, during those 2 days during Wikimedia India Conference 2016, I would always remember. I knew Mr. Bhadani from more than ten years ago on Misplaced Pages. He was a pioneer and leader amongst Indian Wikipedians, who looked up to him. He was unfailingly warm, gentle and kind, and devoted to the Misplaced Pages project and its coverage of India-related content. Thank you Sir for your wonderful spirit, many kindnesses and immense contributions.
