In trying to add some references, I note that Fluxx won the Mensa Mind Games award in 1999, but the Mensa site that lists the won't allow me to go directly to the page - someone would have to select the year to see it won the award. How best should I cite this? --] 02:57, 5 April 2007 (UTC) | In trying to add some references, I note that Fluxx won the Mensa Mind Games award in 1999, but the Mensa site that lists the won't allow me to go directly to the page - someone would have to select the year to see it won the award. * Good question! :) The answer is, something doesn't have to be online to be cited -- it just needs to be a reliable source. See ] and ] for more info. In a nutshell though: Cite something in such a way that an independent editor, not familiar with the subject, could verify the information. --]]] 03:05, 5 April 2007 (UTC) |

Fluxx Mensa Mind Games award
In trying to add some references, I note that Fluxx won the Mensa Mind Games award in 1999, but the Mensa site that lists the Past Winners won't allow me to go directly to the page - someone would have to select the year to see it won the award. How best should I cite this? --Timotab 02:57, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
