Not to be confused with Leylan.Laylan is a Subdistrict located in Kirkuk Governorate in iraq bordering Sulaymaniyah Governorate in the east and Kirkuk District in the north.

Laylan Camp
as of 2020, More than 7,000 people currently live in Laylan camp, most of them women and children. The camp was established in 2014 after conflict broke out in several Iraqi towns, including Hawija and Salah Al-Din, forcing many people to flee their homes.
Many of the IDPs claim that they cannot leave the camp due to its availability of electricity and water.
