Hi, is there a particular reason that despite for example a wikipedia page descriptively titled as a 2008 election controversy (https://en.wikipedia.org/Bill_Ayers_2008_presidential_election_controversy) is not listed in the "Controversies" section? It seems logical to include if it merits its own wiki page, I would think. ] (]) 08:47, 19 July 2024 (UTC)

{{edit semi-protected|2008 United States presidential election|answered=no}}
The article states “Until 2024 this was also the most recent election in which any of the major presidential nominees had any military experience.” The reference links to JD Vance’s military experience. Does JD Vance count as a “presidential nominee” if he is a vice-presidential nominee? I think either (1) the sentence should be erased or (2) should clarify presidential and vice-presidential nominee. ] (]) 03:54, 25 July 2024 (UTC)

This template must be followed by a complete and specific description of the request, that is, specify what text should be removed and a verbatim copy of the text that should replace it. "Please change X" is not acceptable and will be rejected; the request must be of the form "please change X to Y".
The edit may be made by any autoconfirmed user. Remember to change the |answered=no parameter to "yes" when the request has been accepted, rejected or on hold awaiting user input. This is so that inactive or completed requests don't needlessly fill up the edit requests category. You may also wish to use the {{ESp}} template in the response.
