Blerim Muharremi (born 19 July 1978), known professionally as Blero, is a Kosovo-Albanian singer and songwriter. He was part of the Big Brother VIP Kosova season 2.
Career
Inspired by Stevie Wonder and R. Kelly, Blero made his breakthrough in 2004 with the single Kthehu Ti, which is part of Blero's first album Hap I Parë. Blero says he worked on his first album for 6 years. The first album was followed by 6 more successful albums to date.
Together with the Albanian pop/folk singer Rovena Stefa he released the single Mos Thuaj in 2005, which became particularly well known in Albania. One of the biggest hits to date was Falma with Shpat Kasapi, which was released in 2007. Further duets such as Crazy with the Albanian singer from North Macedonia Leonora Poloska in 2008 and La Vida Loca with the Kosovar R&B singer Dafina Zeqiri the following year helped him to gain even more fame.
Personal life
Blero was married to the Kosovar actress and presenter Teuta Krasniqi. The two have been parents of a girl named Tara since April 27, 2010. In honor of his daughter, he released the album Tara in 2010, which contains 14 tracks.
