Club Puebla is a Mexican professional football club based in the city of Oaxaca, it competes in liga mayor Oaxaca, a reginal league in the state of Oaxaca. Founded in 1975 as U.A.B.J., and then changed to its current name in 2016. Nicknamed La Franja ("The Striped Ones"), the team shirt features a diagonal stripe (traditionally blue on white on the home kit, and a combination of different colors on the away kits) that crosses the chest diagonally from right to left, which is considered a distinctive element of its identity.
