History

Francis began operating in 2021 as a food truck, serving burgers outside of the Minneapolis brewery Sociable Cider Werks. The first brick-and-mortar location opened in January 2023 on Central Ave in the Northeast neighborhood, and the second location opened on East Lake Street in November 2024.
