The 2024–25 Women's Hockey India League will be the inaugural edition of the Hockey India League for women. It will be held from 12 January 2025 to 1 February 2025 in the cities of Ranchi and Rourkela.
On 10 April 2023, Hockey India announced Big Bang Media Ventures as its exclusive commercial and marketing partner agency.
Format
The women's competition will differ from the men's, with teams playing each other twice in a double round–robin format. At the conclusion of the pool stage, the top two teams will compete in the final.

The competition will be held across two cities, Ranchi and Rourkela. Majority of the women's games will be hosted at the Jaipal Singh Stadium in Ranchi, with just two pool matches played at the Birsa Munda International Hockey Stadium in Rourkela.
