Sandeep Raj is an Indian film director, screenwriter, actor and producer who works in Telugu cinema. He made his directorial debut with the film Colour Photo which won him the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu.

Personal life

Sandeep born in Vijayawada. On 7 December 2024 he married to Chandini Rao in Tirupathi.

Carrer

Sandeep made his directorial debut with the film Colour Photo, which won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu at the 68th National Film Awards and earned praise from critics. Sangeetha devi dundoo of The Hindu wrote "Director Sandeep Raj goes againt the norms of masala-laden Telugu cinema." and Thadhagath Patti of Times Now stated "Sandeep Raj's use of dialogues in key scenes makes the film memorable, he will be remembered for his writing in the film." Also Allu Arjun praises Sandeep Raj and the team of Colour Photo for their success.

His upcoming film, titled Mowgli, starring Roshan Kanakala in the lead role, is currently in production.
