Line 111, commonly known as Gränspendeln in Swedish (translates to Border Pendulum) is a line that connects Strömstad in Sweden with Halden in Norway. The line is run under the Västtrafik brand but is operated by Vy Buss and is ran with a Volvo 8900 bus in Västtrafik colours. The route crosses the border with the Old Svinesund Bridge and does typically not undergo any border formalities as both countries are part of the Schengen Area and Nordic Passport Union. Exceptions may apply should there be a "temporary" border control.

In 2025, a 180 minute ticket on the line costs 67 SEK for an adult and 43 SEK for a youth for travellers going the whole route. If travellers only travel within Sweden a 90 minute ticket costs 36 SEK for an adult and 27 SEK for a youth.
