- So sorry about the edit summary, upon further research I saw that contempt of court is in fact a felony, but was on vacation and had no time to correct. Anyway, consensus per WP:FELON is to not label prominent BLPs as felons without a discussion on the talk page. For instance we don't describe Donald Trump as a convicted felon in the first sentence.
