The 2025 Martyr's Memorial B-Division League season was the 2025 edition of the Martyr's Memorial B-Division League. The tournament started on 9 March 2025.

Teams
A total of 18 teams (14 teams in the regular season) will contest the league with a relegation system. Ten teams from the 2022 season, four teams relegated from the 2021-22 & 2023 A Division leagues, and four teams promoted from the 2022 & 2024 C-Division Leagues will participate in the league. Four more teams than the regular season will contest this season's league due to the inability to hold the B Division league for two consecutive seasons.
