Ana Orsini (1996 – 17 December 2024) was an American journalist.
Biography
Orsini was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and attended the University of Arizona. In 2018, she graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in journalism and a double minor in communication and sports management.
She began her career in 2018 where she worked as a reporter in Lubbock, Texas. Orsini spent three years as a news anchor in Medford, Oregon. From 2023 onwards, Orsini was a co-anchor at the CBS affiliate KOLD-TV based in Tucson, Arizona. She was an advocate for women's rights and animal rights. As a reporter she had particular focus on rescue animals.
In December 2024, Orsini died unexpectedly from a brain aneurism. She was 28 years old. Her CBS colleagues announced her death live on air.
