"Gas Panic!" is a song by British band Oasis, featured on their fourth studio album, Standing on the Shoulder of Giants.

Written by lead guitarist Noel Gallagher, the song, like the album, has a psychedelic feel. It is about Noel's panic attacks which he suffered through depression and substance abuse. It is a fan favourite, but hasn't been played live since 2002. A live version, recorded at Wembley Stadium on July 21 2000, can be found on the Familiar to Millions record. The demo of the track was released as a b-side on the Japanese edition of the "Who Feels Love?" single.
