Plot
Significance
- Eric realizes that he has fallen for Sloan's best friend, Tori. This does not last long though, because Tori and Eric talk at the end of the episode, and Tori helps Eric to realize how lucky of a man he is.
- Ari and Terrance agree to settle on an $11 Million dollar offer. However when Ari is showing his wife the new office space, he is spotted by one of Adam Davies, an employee of Terrance & the man who told him about Ari's coup d'etat.
