- Applegate Lake, a flood control reservoir on the Applegate River
- Lake Billy Chinook, an impoundment of the Crooked, Deschutes, and Metolius Rivers in The Cove Palisades State Park
- Burnt Lake, in the Sandy River watershed
- Cascade Lakes, a group of mountain lakes south of Mount Bachelor
- Lake Celilo, an artificial lake of the Columbia River created by the The Dalles Dam
- Crater Lake, deepest U.S. lake
- Cultus Lake, central Oregon mountain lake in the Deschutes River watershed
- Detroit Lake, impoundment of the Breitenbush River and Santiam River by Detroit Dam
- Devils Lake, source of the D River one of the shortest
- Lake Ewauna, headwaters of the Klamath River
- Fern Ridge Reservoir aka Fern Ridge Lake, an impoundment on the Long Tom River
- Foster Reservoir, an impoundment on the South Santiam River
- Goose Lake, formerly headwaters of the Pit River
- Henry Hagg Lake, impoundment of Scoggins Creek and tributary of the Tualatin River
- Harney Lake, a natural, occasionally vanishing lake which merges with Malheur Lake in times of high water
- Lost Creek Lake, an impoundment on the Rogue River
- Maidu Lake, source of North Umpqua River
- Malheur Lake, terminus of Donner und Blitzen River and Silvies River
