Attack of the Show (previously named The Screen Savers) is a live American cable and satellite television program shown on G4. The show launched on March 28, 2005. It is hosted by Kevin Pereira, Sarah Lane, and Brendan Moran.
On March 17, 2005, the cast of The Screen Savers announced that on March 28, 2005, the name of the show would officially change from The Screen Savers to Attack of the Show. The last episode of The Screen Savers aired on March 18, 2005.
Attack of the Show is described as a gaming and entertainment variety show that presents gaming and technology related news, product demonstrations, software clinics, interviews with notable people, live music, and such original segments as Dark Deals, Gems of the Internet, and It Came from eBay.
On May 22, 2005, co-host Kevin Rose announced on his blog that he had been released from his contract with G4 with plans to leave the network, and thus on May 27, 2005 he served his last day of work at G4 and on Attack of the Show. Adam Sessler is currently filling in until a suitable replacement can be found.
