He puts them in his office, and learns that Jeff had sex with Jim's wife. Ari determines they can't work together, and though visibly disgusted at Jeff, he fires Jim because Jeff has outearned him. The meeting follows, with Mary J. disappointed Ari had to fire Jim, one of her favorite agents. This situation only gets worse when they run into him on the elevator, and he quickly explains what happened. Mary J. leaves, disgusted with Ari. Knowing she's left for rival agency ICM, Ari is further enraged, and fires Jeff as well. | ||

"Gary's Desk" is the 8th episode of the 4th season of the HBO television series Entourage.
Plot Summary
With the guys' current housing situation confining them much more, it has made it difficult for E to read offers, and to get in contact with Peter Jackson, whose video game company Vince would like to work with. To remedy this, he rents an office suite so he can read offers for Vince and answer the phone. However, the guys are appalled to see E is using a card table for a desk, so they set out to find one that is much nicer. Meanwhile, Ari is at the office, preparing for his annual meeting with client Mary J. Blige. He is hyping it to the other employees, who are ready, except for the Jensen twins, Jim and Jeff. They are both furious at each other, claiming the other needs to be fired, although neither says why.
