Yes. James and Lily died in October of 1981, and the end of DH was 17 years later (1998). 19 years after that, Albus Potter was 11, which allows the approximate date of his birth to be 2005 or 2006 so (since his 11th birthday would have to be Sept 1 or earlier to get into Hogwarts, 2005 is possible).
