Usage

The first parameter is optional.
Example
- If the weather event is for example, a flash flood, then. . .

- Will display as:
Optional weather advisory link
The second and third parameters can be used to display an external link to an official weather advisory that is constantly updated with the latest information. It behaves the same as the parameters of {{URL}}:
{{Current weather event|hurricane|http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/|U.S. National Hurricane Center|date=January 2025}}
