Route 155 is a north/south highway on the south shore of the Saint Lawrence River in Quebec, Canada. Its northern terminus is in Chambord at the junction of Route 169, and the southern terminus is the junctions of Quebec Autoroute 20 & Autoroute 55 in Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil just west of the junction of the 20/55 concurrency with Quebec Autoroute 955.
The highway runs through most of its length in the Mauricie region right beside the Saint-Maurice River in which on the opposite side is the Mauricie Provincial Park in which there are accesses from small bridges and roads that connects Highway 155. It overlaps Quebec Autoroute 40 and Quebec Autoroute 55 in the Trois-Rivieres area. It is also the main connection between the Mauricie and Centre-du-Quebec regions and the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean.
