It took place on August 26 2007 at the Continental Airlines Arena in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Tickets for SummerSlam 2007 went on sale on December 30. The official theme song was "Whine Up" by Kat DeLuna w/Elephant Man. The tagline for the event was "The Biggest Party of the Summer". The secondary tagline was "The Party is Over".
