Betsy Bloomingdale (1922- ) is an internationally known socialite and hostess, and the author of three cookbooks. Mrs. Bloomingdale was best known as a friend of Nancy and Ronald Reagan, and was married to Alfred S. Bloomingdale. Mrs. Bloomingdale is a Catholic and was involved in fundraising projects for the Reagan Presidential Library and the Los Angeles Cathedral.
