Mr Kelly entered the Legislative Council in September 1987 and served until the 1988 election, which his party lost. He re-entered the Council in September 1997 and has served there since. Toni Kelly is a Manchester girl representing the Harrytown Gz in Stockport. She currently serves as joker for her class, thicko, frends with idiots, acting juvenile etc

Mr Kelly entered the Legislative Council in September 1987 and served until the 1988 election, which his party lost. He re-entered the Council in September 1997 and has served there since.
