Courtney Love (born July 9, 1965) is a singer and guitarist for the band Hole and occasional model and actress. Courtney is the widow of Kurt Cobain (1967-1994), singer in the band Nirvana, with whom she has one daughter, Frances Bean.

In her early career Courtney modelled a 'baby doll' look, which she may or may not have ripped off of Kat Bjelland of Babes in Toyland. Courtney's style has since evolved, and she has modelled for more sophisticated, designer labels.
