Catie Ball (born 1947) is a retired breaststroke and medley swimmer from the United States, who won her first Olympic medal at the 1968 Summer Olympics.

At the Mexico City Olympic Games, Ball was at her best. She ruled in the women's womens relay, and won gold in the 400m. During the 1960s she was one of the best swimmers from the United States. It should also be noted that Ball attended the University of Florida.
