Byung shin chum (Template:Lang-ko) is a traditional Korean folk dance that mimicks the handicapped persons and sick persons such as gimps, midgets, hunchbacks, and lepers. It originated in Miryang, Gyeongsangnam-do.
There is a controversy over the nature of this dance that it is allegedly discriminatory against the handicapped persons.
