Blocked

As per the ANI discussion of which you are aware, you have been blocked for 48 h for harassing other users. Fut.Perf. ☼ 07:20, 13 December 2007 (UTC)

Can you please clarify what you refer to as harrassment? If you are alleging, per your comments on the ANI page, that I "outed" someone, I would expect you to prove that and moreover be consistent in your enforcement by disciplining User:Shot info for falsely "outing" me on the ANI thread as someone called 'Brendan Jones' (despite his ""but I didn't really say it" games", in your words). --Brendan 07:21, 13 December 2007 (UTC)

My explaination of what I was saying. User:Brendan is refering to this "Unless you are Brendan Jones, I have no need to retract anything. And if you are Brendan Jones, then I still have no need to retract anything." of mine. Note I was not saying he was or wasn't, instead I was responding to his demand "Please also retract your false allegation that I have wikistalked anyone." which he made in response to my "an newsgroup writer "Peter", another writer "Brendan" (who stalked the before mentioned "Peter")".

Hence the sequence of events are, I mention a "Brendan " who has stalked (not Wikistalked) Peter McKay (sp) in Aus.Politics. Editor User:Brendan then believes this is a reference to him. Which I then clarify to make it clear it wasn't...and irrelevant in any case. At no time do I call him Brendan Jones as it is obvious that he cannot wikistalk anybody (not being an editor). Brendan did strike out his comment out after I make my reply so I can only assume that he too recognised this - but choose to game on anyway. Now for the record, I don't care who our User:Brendan is in real life. I only wished him to remove his outing efforts. If an admin believes my comments are inappropriate at ANi or here, I am willing to refactor them to avoid any potential confusion.
