==Plot== | |||
J.D. has to give the introduction to Kelso in an award ceremony and tries to discover the human side of him but seems to hit a dead end as Kelso puts a rich person into a drug trial rather than a poor man with the same disease. Meanwhile Elliot is stuck in a free clinic but turns down the help of Carla, J.D. and Turk for her pride. In this episode, Dr. Cox and Dr. Kelso are wearing each other's lab coats. We, as an audience, finally get to see how hard it would be to do "Big Bob's" job. People's lives hanging on every choice he makes, getting to help hundreds yet having to watch a man die slowly in a bed. Knowing all the while that although you may have done the right thing to help the most people, someone still has to pay the ultimate price for it. | |||
