Daoguang (Wade-Giles: Tao Kuang) of the Qing Dynasty was emperor of China from 1821 to 1850. Emperor Daoguang is Emperor Jiaqing's eldest son. He was born in 47th year of Emperor Qianlong's reign (1782 AD), and died in 30th year of his reign (1850 AD).
