The abuse to which Strider12 has been subjected
One of the certifying editors for this RfC is мirаgeinred سَراب ٭, who recently wrote this comment on Strider12's Talk page. In that comment he accused Strider12 of saying, "gays are God's abominations who will burn in hell one day."
I believe that мirаgeinred سَراب ٭ just made that up. Such a remark would be completely out of character for Strider12, and she certainly has not made such a remark on her Talk page. If he made it up then it was an uncivil, dishonest, personal attack.
He also accused her of "slander," an accusation that is equally without basis, and that is also a violation of the prohibition on legal threats.
What is remarkable is that, even in the face of such abuse, Strider12 has remained admirably calm and uniformly civil. NCdave (talk) 13:07, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
- P.S. -- Note that мirаgeinred سَراب ٭ certified that he "tried and failed to resolve the dispute." If this kind of abuse is what he calls trying to settle an argument, I dread to think how he must behave when he's trying to pick a fight! NCdave (talk) 13:12, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
