Harcmistrz (hm.) is the highest scouting instructor rank in Poland.
Rank insignia
- Scouting Cross on a red background - carried above the left upper pocket of the uniform.
- Red Scouting Lily badge - carried on the left sleeve, in the middle of the arm.
