The Saint Tsar Lazar Guard (Serbian: Гарда светог цара Лазара, Albanian: Garda e Car Llazarit) is an organization led by Hadži Andrej Milić and Vasiljevic Zeljko the president of the Tsar Lazar Guard, and was formed by the Movement of Veterans of Serbia. The United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) has prohibited The Guard from entering Kosovo and has deemed them illegal. They are considered a group of Serbian ultra-nationalists who utilize rhetoric statements which are very anti Albanian. Such statements suggest that "every Albanian will be either killed or returned to Albania, while Serbs who don’t agree with their views will also be dealt with."

In mid-November of 2007, the group said that war in Kosovo was inevitable, and likened the future bombing of Priština to the Serb bombing of Zagreb, Croatia in the 1990s. In late November, the group's leader was detained by Serbian police and released.
