Michael Quentin Schmidt (born April 20, 1953) is an American actor and fine arts model.

Career

Schmidt was brought in to work on 2001's Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. He was converted by the CGI artists at Sony Pictures Imageworks Studios into the creature of The Mountain Troll.

He has over 90 IMDB credits. His first featured role was in Naked Shadows, filmed in 2003 and released in 2006. He had a role in The Three Trials (2006).

In June 2007, he appeared on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live as the model in a segment where Aunt Chippy and Uncle Frank learned to draw nude models.

Schmidt provides the body for character Joy Peters for Tom Goes to the Mayor and has been in several episodes of Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job. In November 2007, he performed in Las Vegas as part of the TEASGJ during the The Comedy Festival and in May 2008 as part of T&E's Awesome Tour 2008.
