| Misplaced Pages is a collaborative effort: just as we cannot individually ], we can't have hierarchical groupings where people "own" projects either. For an example of why this doesn't work here, go and have a look at the wreckage that was ], a similarly hierarchical group who appointed members, etc. My point is not that anyone should be allowed to upload anything, but that you should come to agreements via ].
