Gregorio "Goyo" Vargas (born October 27, 1970) was a Mexican boxer. On April 28, 1993, he won the WBC featherweight (126 lb) title from Paul Hodkinson by TKO in round 7. On July 11, 1998, he defeated Tracy Harris Patterson for the IBA super featherweight title by TKO in round 6. Vargas also fought against world champions such as Floyd Mayweather Jr., Juan Molina, and Carlos Hernández. His last fight was in 2004.

Vargas is the brother of fellow boxers Adan Vargas and Efrain Vargas.
