Michal Handzuš (born March 11 1977, in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia)) is a professional ice hockey center forward in the National Hockey League, playing for the Philadelphia Flyers.
Playing Career
He was drafted 101st overall by the St. Louis Blues in the 1995 NHL entry draft. He played three seasons for the St. Louis Blues from 1998-99 to 2000-01. Next two seasons he was in the Phoenix Coyotes and from 2002-03 season he has been playing for the Philadelphia Flyers. In the season (2003-04) he was the second best player of Philadelphia with 58 points. During the 2004-05 NHL lockout he played for the HKm Zvolen, which reached to the play-off finale in the Slovak Extraliga. Now, he plays for the Philadelphia Flyers again.
