Maria Thayer (born October 30 , 1975 ) is an American actress from Boring , Clackamas County , Oregon , known for her roles as Rory in Accepted and Tammi Littlenut in Strangers with Candy . She can currently be seen in the film Forgetting Sarah Marshall as Wyoma, a Mormon newlywed. She also played Grace and Leo 's daughter, Lila (at age 18), in the series finale of Will & Grace (May 2006). She was born in Boring, Oregon and attended Apple Valley High School in Minnesota . She played the memorable character Tammy Littlenut in the hit TV show Strangers with Candy , and was referred to by the main character Jerri as "Tamelahz". Thayer retook the role in the movie of the same title, based on the show.
