Muhammad Ismail Agha is a 14-year old Afghanistani-national who was arrested as an al-Qaeda suspect by Afghan militia soldiers, who transferred him to U.S. forces in December 2002.

Agha was detained at Bagram Air Base, the transferred to Camp X-Ray at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He was released on January 29, 2004 and returned home to Nawzad, Afghanistan.

According to an interview in the National Review, Agha was well-treated by the American troops.
