Nera D. White (born November 15, 1935 in Macon County, Tennessee, USA) is a retired American basketball player. She is considered one of the most outstanding female players in history. She was named AAU All-American for 15 years in a row from 1955 to 1969, and she led the Nashville Business College team to winning the AAU national championships ten times during that period. She also led the US National Team to winning the World Championship in 1957, she was named the MVP of the tournament. She was enshrined in the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1992 and in the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in 1999.
